Hey, I had a question regarding your seo clients' preexisting websites. When you get a client who uses a tool you're not familiar with, do you try and learn it from scratch or do you try and migrate to your preferred platform instead? Any wordpress plugins or tools for that? How do you not negatively affect the SEO during the transition? submitted by /u/ApprehensiveSide3736 [link] [comments]
Hello, When you get a client who has a website that was made using tools you're not familiar with or it was programmed, do you continue on the tool the customer used and try to learn it from scratch? Or do you migrate the website to your preferred tool? If you're familiar with wordpress and not the tool the client is using, how do you migrate the website? Any tools or plugins for that? How do you not negatively affect the website's seo by doing that? Or do you just only target those who work using your preferred tools? Thanks submitted by /u/ApprehensiveSide3736 [link] [comments]
I'd like to know if there's any conferences happening on the "SEO of AI" which apparently is being coined as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Andreessen Horowitz posted about it and it got 3,000+ likes on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/a16z_seo-is-slowly-losing-its-dominance-welcome-activity-7333532885586485250-VK31?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAACnwSE4B01NcjABlDi5hNU1-R2x7EKd0hl0 submitted by /u/XsLiveInTexas [link] [comments]
where can i sell my backlinks on adult niches? submitted by /u/Pleasant_Ad_3238 [link] [comments]
Looking for some basic SEO tools to set my clients up on the right foot. I’m a web developer but don’t offer SEO services, typically I refer my clients to SEO agencies but sometimes they don’t go, so I’m looking for something to not leave them with nothing and start them off decent. Ive looked at a handful of different softwares but they’re way more in-depth than I’m looking for and also would cost thousands of dollars a month with the amount of projects we do. submitted by /u/Thin_Ad6414 [link] [comments]
Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to see the most searched for health topics on Google and social media. Is there a way to kind of work backwards from a larger category to find the most popular keywords? I've used keyword search tools to check on search volume and competition of specific keywords, but I only have seen this broad category search in Google's trends email. I want to see the most search health topics and then also check for the most searched for words within several categories like women's health, brain health, and pelvic health. Is that possible? Thanks so much submitted by /u/CozyTea6987 [link] [comments]

My site got hacked some time ago, but now I suffer from new issues. My sitemap does not show the correct pages. 1. Recently, also new 1000+ weird pages appear in the sitemap and in GSC, under 404 index section and under the found - not indexed section. 2. Also, in GSC I see that the product structured data has been indexed without my consent. I can not find the mark up in the source code, but after running Google Rich Result, you can see if you click on the page the screenshot of a product page, that is not visable on my published page: submitted by /u/Ourtips [link] [comments]
Hi everyone, I run an e-commerce website based in Morocco called GSM.ma, which specializes in selling smartphones and accessories. We get a decent amount of traffic (around 3,000 daily visits), and we’ve done some basic on-page SEO and technical optimizations, but I feel like we’ve hit a plateau. I’d love to get some honest feedback or suggestions from the community. A few questions I have: Are there any obvious technical SEO issues holding us back? How can we improve our product pages to better satisfy Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines? Any suggestions on how to rank better for transactional keywords locally (in Morocco)? What do you think of our current internal linking and content structure? Any insight or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/muerroui [link] [comments]
Hello everyone, I'm looking for the perfect prompt to generate quality articles with ChatGPT. My goal is that they are well optimized for SEO and remain undetectable as content produced by artificial intelligence. Does anyone have an idea, an example of a prompt or advice to share? Thank you in advance for your help! submitted by /u/Own_Reference2619 [link] [comments]
Hi all, New marketer here looking for some advice on my best path forward to help a UK online therapy company grow. I have two contrasting ideas, please could you critique them? 1) Target low KD words (0-3) spin up articles optimised for AEO (and get relevant backlinks) say 10 articles and 5 backlinks as an initial first wave SEO test 2) Pick a target keyword KD (15-30) band pick one topic to make a deep guide with multiple pages to go all in on (still optimising for AEO) and still finding 5 relevant backlinks 3) Sack all this off and focus on YouTube videos (have 1k subs so far) Aside from the usual homepage optimisation, which of these is better (or do you have a better suggestion)? Open to learning from pros and veterans and really appreciate anyone who took the time submitted by /u/Outrageous_Height_98 [link] [comments]

Our page was usually in top 3-5 in search results, but using the same query phrase, it is dropped to the 3rd page on Google. No content has been changed, and it happened suddenly. submitted by /u/Mark__78L [link] [comments]
If their keywords are in the language you're shooting for it should be fine in my opinion. I get tons of traffic from other countries but have 0 backlinks from those countries. I think it's heavily language based and minutely country based. Open to thoughts submitted by /u/RegularSky6702 [link] [comments]
Hello 👋 I run a marketplace and i’m starting to do some link-building by outreach. My business clients are not locals, are international, tourists who will visit my country. I’ve been trying to understand what backlinks are more important: should i pursue local backlinks or international? Which will help build more authority and rank? Thanks. submitted by /u/rezartr [link] [comments]
In your expert opinions, is it good idea to reference Wikipedia (add external link) in my articles if there are no other options? submitted by /u/TheNurturSEO [link] [comments]
I remember when the whole game was just to trick the machine. You'd see these AI-generated posts where a phrase like “best SaaS marketing tools” was jammed in 30 times, maybe even hidden in a white font. And for a while, it worked. But frankly, I'm relieved that game is over. For me, keyword stuffing always felt like the online equivalent of a desperate salesperson. It's like walking into a store and the guy just says, “If you want the best coffee mug, our coffee mugs are the best coffee mugs!” Enough with the mugs man. It’s exhausting, and it instantly destroys any credibility they had. I admit I learned this the hard way when we were buliding Mentio. Keyword stuffing sends one clear signal to the reader: we care more about the algorithm than we do about you. It breaks trust from the very first sentence. And that's the core of the problem. We get so obsessed with trying to figure out the algorithm when we should be focused on the person on the other side of the screen. I learned that people don't care about the tech under the hood; they care about their problem being solved. SEO is no different. Readers don't care about the keyword density. They just want me to answer their damn question. As soon as we started doing that, the results were obvious to me. New posts started getting indexed while the old, keyword-stuffed ones were dead in the water (we're actively removing them). In my experience, 80% of technical SEO is just delusion. So my new SEO strategy is simple: Don’t try to game the system. Be useful. Be clear. Be real. submitted by /u/biggywow [link] [comments]
