Keyword stuffing sends one clear signal to the reader: we care more about the algorithm than we do about you. It breaks trust from the very first sentence. And that's the core of the problem. We get so obsessed with trying to figure out the algorithm when we should be focused on the person on the other side of the screen. I learned that people don't care about the tech under the hood; they care about their problem being solved. SEO is no different. Readers don't care about the keyword density. They just want me to answer their damn question. As soon as we started doing that, the results were obvious to me. New posts started getting indexed while the old, keyword-stuffed ones were dead in the water (we're actively removing them). In my experience, 80% of technical SEO is just delusion.
